Students` Resilience And Personal Development In Covid 19 Pandemic

The aim of the paper is to identify resources, social and emotional strategies that have ensured resilience students "Gheorghe Asachi" Technical University in Iasi facing requirements online education during pandemic generated by COVID 19 virus. problem we started from transition environment, rapid transfer teaching methods form emergency teaching, so students' adaptation also depended on their level personal development resilience. A qualitative research was conducted, based use focus group method. participants investigation were years I, II III, belonging 11 faculties with a technical profile within university. Nine groups organized. objectives focused effects students’ social-emotional context: 1) analysis feeling security; 2) particularities verbal nonverbal communication self-esteem /self-affirmation capacity; 3) acquisitions terms development; 4) applied strategies. As results, following highlighted: disruptive manifested insecurity, difficulties non-verbal communication, lack self-confidence diminished interaction; resilient resources are: ability learn digitization techniques, self-presentation skills, proactive behaviour. novelty our interpersonal relationships impact education.
